Position: Assistant Manager, Finance
Location: Mont Kiara (HQ)
Responsibilities
• Overseeing daily accounting transactions, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Supervising the preparation of monthly Management Accounts.
• Leading the preparation of Group budgeting and financial analysis.
• Directing treasury management of Group funds.
• Managing corporate taxation strategies and compliance.
• Overseeing the processing of staff claims.
• Other tasks as delegated or directed by the superior/management or any person authorised.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional certification ie CPA, ACCA, or CFA an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Position: Executive, Technical – Contract 1 Year
Location: Mont Kiara (HQ)
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact between different teams (internal and external) for project-related communication and technical issues in a clear & professional manner.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, resolve issues to ensure smooth communication flow.
• Prepare, edit, manage official letters and other formal correspondence related to ongoing projects.
• Monitor the progress of projects and prepare a regular progress report to ensure they are on schedule and to track milestones, deliveries within scope.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/management from time to time.
Requirements
• Possess Diploma/Degree in Civil, Engineering, Communication, Project Management or in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical or project management role, with a focus on communication, coordination, and documentation
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word
Position: Intern – Clerk of Work (Civil & Structure)
Location: Perlis
Responsibilities
• Help with civil & structure’s inspection and monitoring works.
• Assist in making and updating engineering drawings.
• Observe construction sites and report on progress.
• Look up information on materials and methods for projects.
• Work with team members and share updates in meetings.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/management from time to time.
Requirements
• Studying or completing a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering/ Engineering.
• Careful with handling drawings and site work.
• Willingness to work well with others.
• Open to learning new things and adapting to tasks.
• Report to Assistant Resident Engineer Civil & Structure.
