Dato’ Shabaruddin was invited as a distinguished panelist for the session titled:
“The Evolving Geometry of the Trans-Caspian East-West-Middle Corridor: New Gateways, New Possibilities (241)”, moderated by Hakan Çelik of CNN Türk.
The panel brought together key voices in regional connectivity including Asset Assavbayeve (Secretary General, Intergovernmental Commission), Emeşe Laliç Urban (Secretary of State, Serbia), Farid Damırlı (Deputy Secretary General, CICA), Leng Thun Yuthea (Secretary of State, Cambodia), and Ercan Demirci (Board Member, Pasifik Holding).
Representing Malaysia’s private sector, Dato’ Shabaruddin presented the Perlis Inland Port (PIP) as a strategic anchor for ASEAN’s integration into the Middle Corridor.
