The energy division is committed to providing sustainable energy solutions for Northern Malaysia and Southern Thailand. This division drives the development of critical energy infrastructure, including the Perlis Power Hub (PPH), which will generate up to 5000 MW of electricity through a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) plant.
The energy business leverages Perlis’ strategic position as a gateway for LNG imports, supporting regional energy needs and providing creative solutions viz; cold energy produced from the LNG regas terminal will provide cooling for the Agrifood Hub, district cooling and for potential of data centre.
